Zigsa Social is a social media management platform that allows users to:

  • Connect and manage multiple social media accounts
  • Create, schedule, and publish content across social networks
  • Generate AI-powered captions and content suggestions
  • Automate content distribution via RSS feeds
  • Manage brand assets and templates

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Service.

3.2 Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

4. Social Media Account Connections

4.1 Authorization

By connecting your social media accounts, you authorize Zigsa Social to:

  • Access your account information and data as permitted by each platform's API
  • Post content on your behalf
  • Retrieve analytics and performance data
  • Manage your content according to your instructions

4.2 Platform Compliance

You agree to comply with the terms of service of each connected social media platform. Zigsa Social is not responsible for any violations of third-party platform policies.


5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute spam, malware, or unauthorized advertising
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Collect user data without authorization
  • Post content that violates third-party platform guidelines

6. Content Ownership

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create through the Service. By using the Service, you grant Zigsa Social a non-exclusive license to store, process, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6.2 AI-Generated Content

Content suggestions and captions generated by our AI tools are provided as recommendations. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication.


7. Payment and Subscriptions

7.1 Fees

Some features of the Service require payment. Fees are specified on our pricing page and are subject to change with notice.

7.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • Credits for AI features are consumed as used
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

7.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.


8. Service Availability

8.1 Uptime

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.

8.2 Third-Party Dependencies

The Service relies on third-party social media APIs. Changes to these APIs may affect Service functionality. We are not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party services.


9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Property

The Service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by Zigsa Social and protected by intellectual property laws.

9.2 Trademarks

"Zigsa" and "Zigsa Social" are trademarks of Zigsa. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.


10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.


11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZIGSA SOCIAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.


12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zigsa Social, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Content you post through the Service

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

13.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.


14. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.


15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.


16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami, Florida, except where prohibited by law.


17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.


18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zigsa Social regarding the Service.
